Dr Bernard graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2019.

As an undergraduate at NUS, he was awarded a place on the Dean’s List.

Upon graduation, he served at multiple public healthcare institutions, providing both tertiary care at National University Centre for Oral Health and primary care at National Healthcare Group Polyclinics.

Through his service, Dr Neo had the opportunity to interact with patients from all walks of life. He also gained experience practicing essential dental treatment such as endodontics, crowns, dentures, implants and oral surgery.

Dr Neo believes in continuing education and ensures that he attends dental lecture/conferences regularly to stay abreast of the latest information
